Colton is a Gentle Giant, but don’t touch his goalie. He is the kind of kid that everyone likes. He is strong on the boards, and in front of the net. If you stand in front, you will be moved. Colton is a second year AAA player and this is his first time playing with Best of the Best . He hopes that the East are able to Win this and be apart of the East regaining their title Colton biggest accomplishment was being apart of the Barrie Colts team when they won OMHA Red Hats in 2022.

Lauchlan is known as a fierce, hard working, relentless player by his teammates and opponents. He holds the position as captain for his Quinte Red Devils AAA team and looks forward to competing against some of the best elite players in the province. Lauchlan is looking forward to this summer's Best of Best series where he and his teammates will look to win back the crown.

Jackson is a hard working centre who loves to spend time in the corners at both ends of the ice. A member of the Clarington Toros AAA team since Novice, Jackson is fortunate to be heading into his third summer as a player on Team East. Winning the 2020 Best of Best Championship is his biggest hockey achievement thus far, and he hopes to repeat that feat in August.

Cooper is a hard-working defenceman who doesn’t shy away from any battle or matchup. He uses his quick feet to shut people down and to gain sparse time/space available at the elite level. He has had the privilege of serving as captain for the Clarington Toros AAA. He tries to lead by example through self sacrifice, commitment and work ethic. He values his reputation as a respectful leader, both on and off the ice. His greatest accomplishments to date includes gaining the leadership role as captain in Clarington and the numerous titles with Team East for the past three years, including winning the B.O.B series in its inaugural year (2020)! He will strive and put in the necessary work to improve as a player and grow as a person!

Nate has played with York Simcoe Express since novice. He loves battling anywhere around the defending net and the occasional skate up the middle with the puck. He has never been much for words, as his actions on the ice have gained the respect of his teammates. He was especially honoured to be captain alongside his fellow YSE teammates/friends at the 2023 Quebec International Pee-Wee Tournament.

Andrew is a responsible two-way player with quick hands and a lethal shot. He is a hardworking, quiet leader with a tremendous hockey sense. He takes pride in being a great teammate and a respectful, coachable athlete. After playing the last three years with the Kingston Jr Gaels, he has made a seamless transition to the Red Devils this season. He is looking to build on his first year with Team East and bring home the Best of Best trophy this summer!

Mason is a hard-working forward that loves to cycle the puck with his teammates. He prides himself by playing sound offence and defence with a mind to prioritizing team play. A quiet leader both on and off the ice, Mason has played for the Central Ontario Wolves AAA since novice and is honoured to wear the C this season. Mason is heading into his third season with Team East and is looking forward to competing in the Best of Best series this summer!

Jean-Luc has been a member of the 2010 Ajax-Pickering Raiders since Novice and his hard work, dedication and leadership has allowed him to serve as an assistant captain this season. His love of the game grows daily as he puts the necessary time on and off the ice to continuously improve his speed, his skills/agility and his hockey IQ. This has allowed him to become a leader at this level and he wants to be an all-around elite player. He is committed to lead by example and through his work ethic. Jean-Luc can’t wait to create new memories and help his Team East friends recapture the B.O.B. Series title in 2023.

Trent is a skilled centerman with the Quinte Red Devils who has a sharp hockey IQ, great hands and creative playmaking abilities. He controls the game both offensively & defensively to support his teammates and loves to celebrate everyone’s success on the ice. His greatest accomplishments are playing at the AAA level since novice, winning the Showdown in the Six Tournament with the Pro Hockey Elite 2010’s and leading the QRD U13’s this season as the home game Captain. Trent is excited to be part of the BOB Team East and can’t wait to help bring home the Championship Title this year!

Gavin is a hard working, skilled, two-way forward who plays both centre and wing. He has played for the AAA Toros since Novice and he is very excited to enter his 3rd season as a member of Team East. He has been fortunate to play on great teams and has won many Championships including the Best of Best Series - Team East (Gold). A memorable Toros accomplishment was scoring in Game 7 OT to help send his team to the 2022 OMHA Championships. Away from the rink, Gavin enjoys cottaging, fishing, skiing and golfing with his family and friends. He is looking forward to reconnecting with old friends and meeting some new ones as they compete together and try to take back the Gold for Team East!

Ty is a big, strong power forward playing for the Clarington Toros AAA team. Not one to shy away from the physical aspect of the game, Ty also possesses the speed and shot to be a difference maker this summer. Ty looks forward to battling with his new teammates over the summer and giving it his very all for his 1st year with Team East.

Maeve has a great love for the game of hockey and always brings a sense of calm and determination to her game. She is a smooth defender and doesn’t mind mucking it up with the boys in the corners when needed. Maeve is a great team player and shows up for her team every game. When she is not playing hockey you can find her playing baseball, skiing, biking and playing the guitar.

Brec is a puck moving agile defenceman who loves to be active in both ends of the ice. He is a hard working, passionate kid who lives to play hockey and loves being a part of every team he has had the chance to play on. When he is not playing hockey he also loves baseball, skiing, biking and playing the drums.

Tanner has a positive attitude and a kind heart. He is very appreciative to all his coaches for sharing in his growth. In games, he looks forward to seeing and playing against all the friends he’s made along the way. When Tanner's not on the ice, you can find him on a golf course, ball diamond, scootering around or playing with his pup, Billie.

Kai is a hard working and very smart defenseman. He is a great leader and teammate that puts his team first! Kai is someone you can rely on in key moments with his consistency and work ethic. This is Kai's 3rd year playing for Team East and is excited to play with this talented group representing the ETA once again. When Kai is not playing hockey he loves to ski and play all types of sports with his friends!

Lucas loves playing hockey with all his friends and teammates, whether at the rink or on the pond. When not playing hockey Lucas enjoys playing basketball and golf with his brother and friends. Lucas has enjoyed the opportunity to compete in Best of Best for the last 2 summers and is super excited to be joining Team East again this summer.
